Travel in Switzerland

Switzerland in its region.svgSwitzerland is a landlocked country in Central Europe. it has borders with france to the west, Italy to the South, Austria and Liechtenstein to the east and Germany to the north. Switzerland independence and neutrality have long been honored by the major European powers and Switzerland was not involved in either of the two world wars. Besides, the climate is temperate but varies with altitude.



SCHAFFHAUSEN


Schaffhausen is a city canton which entered the Swiss Confederation in 1501. It is Switzerland northernmost canton and is mostly agricultural land. In the old town of Schaffhausen there are a lot of bars and night clubs and some of them are open till  05:00 in the morning. Some bars open daily

GRINDEWALD


Grindelwald is a mountain village in Bernese Oberland in Swiss Alps. Grindelwald has two trains stations. The Grindelwald station is in the centre of town. Plus, in a summer and early falls is also possible to hike into grindelwald from well marked Bernese Oberland trails with or without the assistance of gondols or cable cars.

SPEIZ


Speiz is a picture postcard town in Switzerland.Plus, Spiez is a small, quaint little town on the south shore of lake Thun. It has a wonderful medieval castle and offers spectacular views across the lake.
Spiez itself is easy to discover just by "getting around". So you can catch this special "holiday feeling", which made Spiez a famous wellness and wellbeing location. Discover the "Spirit of Spiez" while walking - from the train station - towards the lakeshore and the castle
