Travel in London

London originally referred to the once walled "Square Mile" of the original Roman city. Moreover, London consists of 32 London boroughs and the city of london that together with the office of the Mayor of london form the basis for Londons local goverment. Winter in London is mild compared to nearby continental European cities due to both the presence of the Gulf Stream And urban heat effect,



SOUTH KENSINGTON-CHELSEA


The district is defined as the southern part of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. It includes the area south of the Royal Parks commonly known as High Street Kensington and South Kensington west to Earls Court and Olympia and Kensington gardens combine to form the largest green space in metropolitan London and Provide a real oasis in the heart of this vast city.

TRAFALGAR SQUARE



Trafalgar square is a large public square commemorating lord Horatio Nelsons victory against Nopoleons navy at the  Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.The central monument within the square is a single tall column on which the figure of Nelson stands gazing over london and is one of the great iconic images of London.
